How to Setup Pixel Tracking

If you are using a traffic source like GoogleAds or Meta without your own tracker, you may want to setup a tracking pixel to pass conversion info back to your traffic source. This article will show you how to do that!

Note: Not all offers support pixel tracking. Read on to find out how to tell if an offer will let you setup a pixel

To see if an offer supports pixel integrations, go to the offer's page in the platform and check the "Payout" card (in the red box above), and look for a $0 conversion event named "Conversion Pixel Tracking" (red arrow). If you see it, then pixel tracking is supported. If you do not see it, then you cannot use a tracking pixel on that offer.

Assuming that the offer does support tracking pixels, you will need to set it up. First, expand the menu and select "Postbacks":

On the "Manage Postbacks" page, select "Events" and then click the "+ Postback" button:

Once you are on the "Add Postback" page, double check to make sure "Postback Type" is set to "Events". Next, click "specific" and then choose the offer that you have confirmed accepts tracking pixels.

Note: You cannot setup a "global tracking" pixel since not all offers support them. Only setup your pixel on offers you know will accept them.

After you choose the offer, you need to select the corresponding Pixel Event:

For "Delivery Method", select "HTML" from the dropdown menu. Then, paste your pixel code into the text box:

Once you hit save, that's it - you are done! Now when a conversion occurs, the "Base Conversion" will be triggered as usual, and then your pixel will be triggered immediately afterward so that the conversion is reflected in your platform.
