Setting Up Your Payment Method

Setting up your payment method is easy! We currently support the following payment methods:

  • ACH/Direct Deposit
  • Payoneer
  • Paypal
  • Wire Transfers

Jump to: Linking your Payoneer Account

First, expand the side menu, click "Company Settings", and then go to "Billing"

Once on the Billing Page, click "Edit":

Then, toggle "Enable Payment Method", and choose your preferred method, and input your payment info:

Please note that for Payoneer, you can either use the ACH/Direct Deposit info they provide and enter it under the "Direct Deposit" option, or you can select "Payoneer" and input the email on your Payoneer account

If you choose to use the email method, there will be one more step - you need to connect your account to ours.

Before your first payment accounting will send an email with a link to the Payoneer account email you provided. The email will look like this:

When you click that link, you will be brought to this page:

DO NOT SELECTED A PREFERRED WITHDRAWAL METHOD!

All you need to do is click the link that says "Already have a Payoneer Account? Sign in" (Outlined with a red box in the image above).

Then, just need to log in, and you will get a message that says "You can now receive payments from SmartAdv, LLC":

Once you have completed that part, just let your account manager know!
