Why Haven't I Received a Payment Yet?

If you have generated commissions by running offers within the platform, you need to make sure you are eligible for payment.

Requirements for Payment:

  1. Your current balance has reached the minimum payment threshold of $250
  2. We have reached your payment's due date
  3. You have provided a W9 or W8-BEN/BEN-E form to your Account Manager. If you don't have one, we can send one for eSignature upon request
  4. You have provided the necessary payment details*

Weekly payments are processed every Monday, usually in the late afternoon EST (UTC-5:00). If Monday is a holiday, payments may be delayed until the following business day. You can get a more detailed explanation of our payment terms in this article.

* Please note - if you intend to use Direct Deposit/ACH as your payment method, the initial setup takes a couple of days. Please reach out to your Account Manager in advance to ensure your payment goes out on time. Once payment is sent, it may take up to 1 full business day for the payment to be reflected in your account.
